In this case assp is unable to rename the files - what else.

I'm also seeing this happening once or twice a day:
error: unable to rename file d:/Assp/assp.cfg to d:/Assp/assp.cfg.bak -
Permission denied
Five minutes later, I see:
error: unable to rename file d:/Assp/assp.cfg.bak to
d:/Assp/assp.cfg.bak.bak - No such file or directory
Another five minutes later:
error: unable to rename file d:/Assp/assp.cfg.bak.bak to
d:/Assp/assp.cfg.bak.bak.bak - No such file or directory
And so on.
