Thanks for your thoughts!

These memory usages are typical for my server, nothing new there.  (I think
MySQL is a memory hog on Windows). The unable to transfer warning happens
every 60 minutes as if it's happening when some sort of scheduled task runs
- either ASSP or some other task on the system.  Restating ASSP, not the
machine, but ASSP itself makes the error stop or it just takes care of
itself after a few hours.    ASSP's in a VM and moving it to my other
hyper-V server didn't fix the issue, so I don't think it's physical
hardware related.
