I understand what you are saying, but I can't think of a way this would be 
applicable in a general sense.

Can you provide some example blackRe where your scenario would be worthwhile as 
apposed to using the bombRe?

I absolutely do not want to change the functionality of my bombRe.

Like I already said, I am happy with it functioning the way it does with the 
setting at "1".

The tests I have in my bombRe and the email addresses, I definitely do not 
want coming in to the company, period.

The tests in my blackRe are much more subtle and with the addition of a PB 
score for blackRe, multiple attempts by an IP hitting blackRe would be 
stopped, but a single email hitting blackRe and nothing else would get 
passed.

I think this is a good idea.

Again, this would be just another option available to the site admins which 
is always a good thing.  I already have a use for it, you may not.  Othe
