have you managed to get a copy localized in the corpus so you can 
inspect it?  Have you tried turning on debug mode so you can have a 
detailed log of everything up to the crash?

So you do have SRS configured and enabled?  You do actually forward SPF 
verified email for other domains?  Sorry if it seems like a silly 
question, but...

Debug mode or running ASSP from the command-line so you can see how the 
process actually failed is my first suggestion.
