If you want to try Win32 again at some point, let me know and I'll
forward you a copy of my installation script. You run it, and let it
do its thing. It will install Perl, the modules, etc, and leave you

I have narrowed the problem down. When the email interface is used the perl.exe process eats up all the available cpu and the system stops accepting connections. I disabled "run as a service" so I could watch perl report to the terminal and the last thing it showed was my connection for the spam report. It never generated a return email and the message never was included in the /errors/spam folder. In fact there is nothing in the /errors folders newer than 7/18, the day my problem started.
