I didn't mean to imply that the installation procedure is the same, only that the same module version was being installed , which would result in the same issue with ASSP. The problem isn't the module itself, but how it is working with ASSP. Since 0.59 is what currently installs via PPM and CPAN, I am going to guess that any new Win32 installs will have issues.
