I had to learn some things about CPAN and compiling Perl modules today - so 
that was a good experience for me.  But I shudder to think what new users of 
ASSP might be encountering when having the latest versions of these modules 
installed.  I still have no idea if this is a cross-platform issue either.

After my testing is finalized this evening, I'll work on a Wiki document for 
manually installing  modules.  Thankfully its really not that difficult once 
you have a compiler.  I found a nice single .exe download on the Microsoft 
website thankfully.

I hope someone more technical can jump into this conversation and see if it is 
something that can compensated for in ASSP's code.
