The highest confidence score I see in emails that are classified as Bayesian 
is 0.9999, the lowest I see is 0.0000 so it looks like 0.9000 would be a 
valid entry and "1.0000" would pass everything.

I have mine set to blank/disabled.  I couldn't in good conscience block an 
email based on Bayesian scoring no matter how sure the system is of it being 
spam.  I run in test mode, mark Bayesian spam and let the user decide what 
to do with it.
