Be sure you are not passing SPF fails, or HELO forgeries on to your users.
These are almost certainly spam. Also, I block on RBL fails if I get 3
responses from 17 checks, see RBL list at bottom. This is most definately
alowing some email to pass that is questionable, but I have found that if an
email is on three lists it is spam.

I have been running ASSP for years now and I have never seen Baysean to be
foolproof, even less these days with the non-sense valid looking text in the
spam. But, it is very good most of the time. I use Imail's ability to send
to a sub mailbox for my users if the incoming email has an ASSP spam header.

I use the header "X-A s s p-S p a m-Reason:"(spaces added) and use Imail's
global rules to move it to the "spam" mbx for each user. You can then use
an Imail tool to delete emails older than x number of days from those
mailboxes on a nightly basis to keep the volume of kept spam low. Then the
users don't see any spam unless an email goes missing and they have a week
or a month or whatever to retrieve it from their spam box using Imail's
webmail interface.
