And doing then what?

block, or add a score to the PB if the sending host keeps
transmitting and
does not respect the delay time. Delayed helo is a standard feature
of many
respected MTA. Maybe not effective as graylisting or surbl, but
nothing
exotic.

  Correct, i used qsmtpd before, which has this option, when a mailer
doesn't respect the delay (which most of the spam mailer don't) the
connection will be terminated, great stuff, which looses already a
lot of crap! When he respects the delay it is taking the spammailer
to long, so they are mostly getting away!
