A very first approach can be tested in the newest version.

Just go to the Experimental Section and play with the
GreetingDelayTime.
Problem is, that we are in single threaded perl here, so do that
time
as short as possible, 3 to 5 seconds is my rough guess.
We will not punish connections who go on to send, we just let them
go
away.
