Unfortunately, not an option at the moment.  Down the road, perhaps, but for 
now, I can't afford the time and cost of migrating MTAs.

I'm using MerakMail.  And yes - the MTA does have a setting to allow only 
Authenticated users to relay.  But it doesn't have an option that denies 
access to all non-authenticated users from sending mail.  And the question 
here is for the non-relayed mail (ie: mail that is to be delivered locally). 
That is the mail that must pass through ASSP to ensure that it isn't spam. 
And if it runs through a proxy, something like stunnel, ASSP will see the 
originating address as being 127.0.0.2, which will kill the concept of 
delaying, rbl, greylisting, etc...

Unless someone knows of a trick that I'm not seeing....
