Yes, unfortunately you do.  I have put a quick blurb in the Wiki FAQ on 
stunnel (http://www.asspsmtp.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions).  I have 
it enabled on listenPort2 with Enforce Authentication enabled, which only 
allows clients to connect and authenticate to the server.  All regualr mail 
traffic still flows through port 25.  So far, it seems to be holding up well 
(have been running in this config for about 3 weeks).
