Yes, unfortunately you do. I have put a quick blurb in the Wiki FAQ on stunnel (http://www.asspsmtp.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions). I have it enabled on listenPort2 with Enforce Authentication enabled, which only allows clients to connect and authenticate to the server. All regualr mail traffic still flows through port 25.
