Well - not really.  I was (and am) very clear on the difference between POP 
and SMTP, and was very well aware that ASSP was purely an SMTP proxy and had 
nothing to do with POP.  What I had found confusing was how ASSP integrated 
with a POP server to allow for Pop before SMTP.  Apart from the instructions 
in the web interface (which were minimal), I couldn't find any reference to 
explain how to use it, or what file formats ASSP supported, etc.  I believe 
the web interface has been improved slightly, but I don't think anyone has 
effectively described what fileformats ASSP supports for popb4smtp (i 
haven't checked the wiki recently - have been utterly swamped with a million 
other things I have to get working - even ASSP has fallen to a background 
prioiryt at the moment).

Maybe George can chip in what else he finds/found  confusing about the 
popb4smtp as well....
