What I have found so far: The verbiage for [Add Custom Header] should be changed. Adding "X-SMSMSE-SCL: 9" does *nothing* for the detection of spam on an Exchange server (which is what this designation is from). That header is something that the IMF adds to a message post-processing. It is *not* something that is used or interpreted pre-processing.
