Thats just it.

It isn't checked.  None of the delay settings are checked.

Just to make sure I checked it and then unchecked it again and I clicked 
apply


Then I generated the "changed defaults" listing again

and this is what it still says

EnableDelaying: Enable Delaying/Greylisting: Current:  Default: 1
DelayAddHeader: Add X-Assp-Delayed Header: Current:  Default: 1
DelayEmbargoTime: Embargo Time: Current: 1 Default: 5
DelayWaitTime: Wait Time: Current:  Default: 28
DelayExpiryTime: Expiry Time: Current:  Default: 36


The web interface has delaying turned off (unchecked) yet it is still on and 
I can't turn it off no matter what I try.
