Try this:

Check 'Enable Delaying/Greylisting', hit Apply.
Open maillog.txt and verify the setting changed.

UnCheck 'Enable Delaying/Greylisting', hit Apply.
Open maillog.txt and verify the setting changed.


Checking it then unchecking it and then hitting apply does nothing as 
the program sees nothing as changed.
