I recently upgraded from v1.2.99(6) to 1.3.1 (win) and my outbound smtp
stopped working. I dropped back to 1.2.99(6) and it started working again.
Since I use smtp auth, I assume that the auth is not getting through. Did
something change that I missed that would cause this to happen?
