Nothing got licensed, since the code is GPL you can can't charge for the 
right to use it(you can charge for a fee for distribution) unless you 
are the original developer and you license it under a different license, 
and since Fritz does not hold the copyright on all the ASSP code he can 
not do so.

Nope, all "ASSP Deluxe" does is integrate ASSP with cPanel, it does not 
change the way it works in the least.
