first of all: with gpl-based code everyone is free to branch/fork - so a big
thx to fritz for all his work. it's correct that if you want to change the
license to a non free version (e.g. dual-licensing etc) you must have the ok
from all prior developers but of course you can sell gpl-based stuff (and
not only e.g. support etc) *as long as you keep the gpl license*.
