Do not check relaying based on localDomains. Let the mailserver do it.
Internal Name: nolocalDomains
AND all domains ARE listed in the local domains above it.

It doesn't have to change - you can have ASSP verifying recipients, or leave it
to your
MTA as before. Have you turned it off?
