Are you talking about SMTP AUTH for local email clients delivering messages via SMTP? If so, look at the settings listenPort2, smtpAuthServer, and EnforceAuth.
If you are talking about validating that the recipient of the message is a local recipient, look at the settings under the heading "Validate Local Addresses".
