Not that I know of, but it would be a really good thing. One partial solution is to use the Habu extension, which will let you define a custom reporting address. There is no 'report ham' option though... This should really be supported natively by TBirds Junk Mail Controls - allow the ability to define 'Report Spam' and 'Report Ham' addresses, as well as some basic behavior (like, move the message to Folder 'Junk' when reporting spam, and to the 'Inbox' when reporting spam as ham).
