You might be able to do it with a Message Filter, my false positive rate is low enough so that i haven't bothered. The best i worked out was to change the forwarding prefs to "as attachment" and use the contacts sidebar. Forwarding messages is down to 4 clicks for me(+1 Forward button,+2 To address,+1 Send Button), but i never got it more automated than that. Also, based on your message you don't seem to be forwarding the messages as attachments which you really should be doing.
