This is for a basic generic setup.  It should work in ANY single domain
site.  Quotes are used to specify examples.  DON'T actually use quotes
in the config.

Validate Local Addresses (web interface section):

Enable LDAP with a checkbox:  *DoLDAP*


LDAP Setup (web interface section):
----------

LDAP Host(s):

Pipe-delimited list of your Active Directory servers (redundancy is a
good idea): "192.168.1.10|192.168.1.11"

LDAP Login:

account with permissions to execute the LDAP queries.  Don't forget to
specify the LDAP Password too.

LDAP Root Container:

Specify your site domain name:  "dc=yoursite,dc=org"

LDAP Filter for Local Addresses:

Use this for a generic query:  "proxyaddresses=smtp:EMAILADDRESS"
