IMHO the ones that made a diff beyond Bayesian were PB, Delaying,
connection Limiting. I saw Bayesian spam drop by ~2/3. I LOVE those
features, and indirectly requested functionality like it long ago. Very
pleased to see it was added, much less the result of those features.
