Besides what the others have said, my first guess would be that you have
one, some or all of the options "DNS, URIBL, SPF, or PTR validation for
whitelisted users" turned on.  But again turn the logging on to check.
There are some really agressive DNSBL providers out there blocking "bulk
lists" and what not.

Hello,

I have several email addresses that have been manually added tot he
"White List" (and then the DB rebuilt) and these email addresses are
still being blocked as SPAM.

The emails are generally advertisements (Sears Card, Upromise and other
such ads) and when I try to re-add them to the white list I get the
error that they are "already whitelisted".

Is there another way to allow these emails to make it in to the end
users?
