yes ,i have the same problem like you ,i use debian etch and ASSP 1.3.3.8
when i set ASSP like this,delaying did not work:
smtpDestination = __INBOUND__:25
smtpDestinationRT = 1.1.131.52=>2.2.2.2:25|1.1.131.57=>1.1.131.46:25
when i cancled route table ,delaying worked well:
smtpDestination = 2.2.2.2:25
