I found that the more I utilized the other features, the better my Bayesian accuracy became. IIRC, I had this same issue and found a critical PB related settings set to score instead of block, which hindered the ability to use the exportExtremeFile. However, bizjournals.com does use SPF, so you should be safe with that if you have the SPF features enabled.
