No it's not much, but that isn't the point. Default settings are 
supposed to be safe. It seems to me that failing SPF timeouts is not 
safe. Does this not mean that if my DNS is a little slow to respond, 
that the SPF will timeout, and then fail? I don't see how 99% of 
timeouts could be spam, unless I'm not understanding why it's timing-out.
