Well I would agree that when using greylisting you don't need to use much else to have good filtering. I just think that good bayesian filtering is hardest to avoid by spammers. Partially motivated by the fact that a reasonably smart human can filter spam with near 100% accuracy. So I like to keep it and/or have even smarter AI style filtering.
