Even removal of perl will cause grub and the kernel to be removed, which 
I find hard to believe, it will only do so after asking you, you have to 
hit Y(es) first. And in the case of removing the kernel after saying 
Y(es) it will ask you if you're really really sure. If you then say yes 
again, well then that's a PEBKAC.
