The problem with testing is it doesn't get updates as fast as unstable. 
So if something breaks it can take weeks for a fix to trickle down from 
unstable. So if you want bleeding edge unstable seems a better bet. 
Obviously for stability, which servers needs, stable (the word says it 
all) is the way to go.
