Because of false positives in the past, their perception is that valid email is constantly being blocked. I am regularly asked to check the logs because they believe “important” email is stuck in the filter, when in reality they are simply impatient. While it is amusing to put them on the spamlover list and then have them visit me 48 hours later begging to be taken back off, what I would really like to do is send a daily report itemising all the good and bad email addressed to them that day.
