Thanks for your reply but one thing i'm not clear that: If I set the setting
of spam/notspam collection is 20000, what will happend if the spam/notspam
emails are larger than 20000? (My outgoing mail (notspam) is very huge than
20000).
I looked at the rebuild spam DB feature integrated, it has the increment
update DB feature, so how can I or ASSP "detect" new mails, delete/move to
somewhere the old mails and start a new transaction with 20,000 new emails
and add to the exist DB?
Because I think, I need to keep emails (spam/notspam), at least 3 months to
track down when Users have their probs.
