Hello,

I'm afraid I don't fully understand the idea behind timestamps on
emails. ASSP has the option to use the server's time or UTC. What's the
best choice? Does it matter much? If I have a server in California that
largely services users in New York, should I set the server's time to CA
or NY or neither? If I do set the server's time zone to a specific
location (like CA or NY), then would I want ASSP to use that time or
should email use UTC?

Thanks for some clarification,
David
