I'm still using ASSP v1.3.3.8 and use a mysql cluster for whitelist and delay. The only files I use are the specialcase things like noprocessing, etc which don't have to be updated that often and can be scripted to sync over multiple assp servers.
If going beta is worrisome, I'd say the majority of what you need on mysql is already available in the 1.x Chris Twa Saskaweb IT Solutions ph: 306-229-5742 e: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: Guy [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 2008-10-30 02:56 To: Questions and Answers for users of ASSP Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy Subject: [Assp-user] Full MySQL support Hi, I'm interested in trying ASSP but with a large user base, management using files isn't really feasible. I seem to recall seeing something about full mysql support being built into 1.3.6 which is still alpha or beta or some such. Can anyone guesstimate when the mysql support is likely to be available? Just a ball park figure so I have a rough idea when I can have a look at ASSP again.
