Well I feel your pain, even here in Silicon Valley you can barely find a mini (micro?) ITX board off the shelf. Frys for example (which sells a lot of components) only has ever 1 or 2 types of such boards, and no "fitting" cases at all (unless you count an on sale Playstation 2 to hack as one ;-). Mail order works best.
