Yeah, I'll have to agree with that. HP/Compaqs don't come shipped with less than 2gb of RAM. Even the "bare bones" servers.
I don't want to start a flamewar here guys. But is it that dramatic to get a new Asus m/b with 2gb of Kingston mem and a Core2Duo cpu ? It doesn't exceed 250 Euros. And you have your server. I mean, you can get any old box, be a bit carefull with the PSU and a dvd-rom and an old ide/atapi disk. That's it. s. --- On Fri, 7/11/08, Fritz Borgstedt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > From: Fritz Borgstedt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: [Assp-user] Mailserver upgrade > To: "Questions and Answers for users of ASSP Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy" > <[email protected]> > Date: Friday, 7 November, 2008, 11:08 PM > > > >The more features you add the more bloated and slower a > program > >becomes, > >normally.
