OK, so lets narrow that down to Managers, those who actually know how to
manage and do so, as opposed to the Dilbertesque PHBs, who just make
everyone's life miserable. :) Age really isn't a determining factor,
since good managers learn early on to hire good talent and listen to
what they have to say before making decisions, while bad one never learn
that lesson no matter how long they've been mangling... I mean managing
things. :)
Good luck, whichever way you wind up going. Mail system changeovers are
always a challenge no matter what you use.
