You suspect this exactly why?

You are not showing "redlist" at work, but  "Regex:Red". (regular
expression=regex)
This is a field in assp.cfg called "redre" (Red Regular Expression),
make it empty if you do not understand the purpose of redre.
A match with the content will cause ASSP not to whitelist the
receiver. Very useful if there is out of office automatic in place.

The second entry says Whitelisted Domain, so 
>@x.x
 is in your whitedomain list. 

So by what words iy your impression triggered, the message was blocked
by ASSP???????
