not all people can get it; and when they don't get it, usually
they start barfing that way <g> I saw that page in the past,
and all I can say is... go read the SPF documents and try
getting a grip on it (http://www.openspf.org/), then... reread 
the above and see if it makes sense to you :)

See; imVHo it's the current MX mechanism to be broken
not the SPF; currently you are able to specify which are
the servers *receiving* email for a given domain, but there
is no way to tell which servers are *sending* emails for it
and the purpose of SPF is exactly to plug this hole and,
in some measure, to help avoiding email forgery

bottom line, if you don't feel SPF is ok, nobody forces you
to adopt it or to check it, that's up to you; just ... decide using
your own head, not someone's else head :)
