If ASSP does not know about the users then it would not be able to tell valid users from not valid users, I think bouncing all mail. Backscatter issues as well. I mis spoke when I talked about passwords. Are you saying, that out of the box, ASSP can talk to postfix to get a local list of users? How does it do this, LDAP to postfix, which is turn is talking to mysql for a users table?
