Thanks Fritz,
suppose we have the value zero, how do we know if the server is overloaded 
or not when CPU and Memory utilization is very low. What is the point of 
having the option to enter value zero when the server will be overloaded as 
you said when we have only 200 value?
In my undersanding, if we put 200 maximum, the sever should accept 200 
connections immediately before throwing 'connection failed' error for new 
connections above 200.
Please advice.
