Nothing looks out of the ordinary to me (see below for results).
The strange thing is that I'm having the same problem both at home and at work.
I use OpenDNS in both locations so I tried switching my DNS at home to my ISP's
DNS Servers but it made no difference.

When I ping at home now I get:
Pinging www.spamhaus.org [192.150.94.202] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

My browser reports:
Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try
again.

I tried purging my hosts file.

Is it possible that Spamhaus is blocking my IPs for perhaps downloading the
droplist too often or doing too many lookups against their DNSBL? I am
currently at home setting up an ASSP VM for my brother so my dynamic *IP* is
being used to hit their servers, but as it's only doing a droplist download so
far I can't imagine that would cause a block of my IP.

seems to be working; and btw the site opens w/o problems as well,
maybe some routing issue on your side ? Try checking if you can
correctly resolve their nameservers
