I am not a paying customer but given that my daily average is 483 messages/day
I can't imagine I'm exceeding their defined limits for a non-commercial
customer:
100,000 messsages/day
300,000 queries/day

After resetting my DSL router at home and getting a new IP, I'm working again!
Still no go at home.

All I can think is that I've been blocked.
I'll see if I can find an appropriate email address and plead my case :-/

Did you exceed their limits for free access? Or are you a paying customer?
