It's usually due to CLAMAV continuously updating its DB while CLAMAV itself is not updated. The new definitions in the DB may not be recognised by old versions and every time CLAMAV checks for a virus it crashes ASSP. Check that your CLAMAV is up to date. It's better to have the mail checked for viruses on a windows machine ;-)
