Yeah, I've been using TBB's CLAMAV 0.95.1 from http://hideout.hat.cx/clamav (which is out of date by one revision [0.95.2 is current]). I'm also using his Clamsup definition updater for the Sanesecurity defs. I'm gonna try 0.95.2, but I have a hunch the same thing will happen.
