I question your numbers, but regardless, not performing recipient
validation breaks smtp - and risks losing legitimate mail.

What will you do when your boss misses an important email because
someone typo'd his email address, but didn't know it because you didn't
properly reject it, which means the sender never got the NDN?

But oh well, your server, your rules...
