V2 development is switched to Perl 5.16.1 (5.016001) !

Perl 5.10 will be supported until 2013-03.31 - after this date newer ASSP
V2 versions will not start on Perl 5.10 .

Perl 5.12 is out of Perl-support (no CORE maintenance) - the EOL for Perl
5.12 and ASSP V2 is still unknown.
